"Seriously not worth the monthly cost"
I’m disappointed with this service. The monthly price feels way too high considering most of what I’m seeing is older movies, and not even a great selection of them. I expected a lot more for what they’re charging. At this point, I feel like this needs to be looked into because the value just isn’t there, and I’m not sure I can justify keeping the subscription.

"Movies feel cheap and support didn’t really help"
I was disappointed with the movie selection and quality. A lot of the films look low budget, kind of blurry, and the stories just didn’t hold my attention. I expected something more polished, but there hasn’t been much that felt worth watching. I also tried reaching out to support about it, but it felt like I was stuck in a loop getting the same basic replies without any real solution.

"Won’t Load on My TV"
I really like the movies on here, but the app just won’t load on my smart TV. It works fine on my phone, but on the TV? Nothing. Just nothing. Annoying since I’d much rather watch on the big screen

"Loving the Ad-Free Experience"
It’s so nice using this without ads popping up everywhere. It makes the whole experience way more enjoyable! I just wish things loaded a bit faster, but overall I’m really happy with it.

"Charged the Wrong Amount Twice"
I was charged the wrong amount two times, which is already frustrating enough, but what made it worse was not being able to actually talk to a real person about it. Everything felt automated, and I just wanted a human to help fix the billing issue.

"Canceling was mostly painless"
I was able to cancel without too much trouble, which I really appreciated. It did take me a few minutes to actually find the cancel button, though. I feel like making that easy to spot is just the decent thing to do for customers, but overall the process wasn’t bad.

"Login works, but it’s a little annoying sometimes"
I can usually get into my Lifetime Movie Club account without too much trouble, but the login page feels slow here and there. I also checked the “remember me” box, and it still didn’t remember me, which is kind of frustrating because... I mean, that’s the whole point.
The password reset did work when I tried it, but the email took a few minutes to come through. So it’s not awful or anything, just not as smooth as I’d expect when I’m only trying to sign in and watch something.

"This app has been driving me a little crazy"
I really wanted this app to be useful, but it barely works for me. I’ll open it thinking I can quickly get something done, then it freezes or just doesn’t load right, and suddenly I’m sitting there wondering why I even tried again. Maybe it’s just my phone, though other apps run fine, so I don’t know. It’s just frustrating

"Videos keep freezing for me"
Not sure what’s going on, but the videos keep freezing and the picture gets blurry a lot. It also buffers often, which makes it hard to actually watch anything.

"Charges weren’t very clear"
I signed up thinking I had the pricing figured out, but then—well, it just didn’t feel like the actual cost was explained clearly. The billing and renewal details were kind of buried or worded in a way that made it harder than it needed to be.

I don’t mind paying for something if I know what I’m paying for and when it’s going to renew. But I had to click around and double-check too much just to understand the charges. It left a frustrating impression.

I had some trouble logging in and reached out to support. They did eventually help me fix it, and the response was clear enough, but it took longer than I was hoping. For what I’m paying, I kind of expected faster service. Not a terrible experience overall, just wish they were a little quicker.

"Works fine, but browsing could be smoother"
The site does the job, but for me, finding certain movies felt like it took a few more clicks than it should. It’s not frustrating enough to stop me from using it, but I think the navigation could be a little more straightforward.

"Where are the classic Lifetime movies?"
I signed up hoping to watch the older Lifetime classics, but most of the ones I actually wanted weren’t even available. The search didn’t really help either, so it felt kind of pointless. Like, make it make sense. I ended up canceling after about a week

I signed up for the free trial, but somehow I got charged before I even had a chance to watch anything. That was frustrating, to be honest. I get that mistakes happen, but this really wasn’t the smooth experience I expected...

I keep checking back thinking maybe it’ll get better. But no, same stuff again. Same bland picks, nothing that feels even close to what I’d actually want. It’s kind of frustrating, honestly. Like the app isn’t really paying attention at all

I seriously got so annoyed with this. Every night I try to watch something, the stream starts buffering or just crashes out of nowhere. At this point, I’m like why am I even paying for this? doesn’t feel worth it.

"Customer service didn’t really help me"
I tried getting help with my account, but it was kind of just me waiting around and getting those copy-paste type answers. Nobody really explained anything in a way that helped, which was frustrating. for all the hassle of it, I don’t think it was worth dealing with

"Changing my account stuff was way more confusing than it needed to be"
I was just trying to update my billing info and then cancel, and somehow it turned into this whole confusing thing. I kept getting sent from one page to another, and at one point I couldn’t tell if I’d already canceled, if it was going to cancel at the end of the month, or if nothing had happened yet. The dates and account status weren’t clear at all. Support didn’t really clear it up either, so I was left going back and checking the same pages again. Frustrating for something that should’ve taken a few minutes
